No, when the prizepool is 10x or higher, all three players are paid.
When the multiplier is 10x, the winner earns 80% while both 2nd and 3rd get 10% each.
When the multiplier is 100x or 1000x, the winner earns 80%, 2nd earns 12% and 3rd earns 8%.
