Our loyalty system pays rewards in two different ways:
- As soon as you reach level 1-1, you’ll start to receive bonus points – our shop currency that you can use to buy playthrough bonuses and tickets. These bonus points are paid constantly as you generate rake in cash games and pay fees when playing tournaments. When you reach a new level, you increase your bonus points multiplier. This means you’ll earn bonus points at a greater pace.
- The loyalty system has 34 steps, broken down into 7 levels. Whenever you reach a new step, you unlock a reward. These rewards could be cash, bonus points, tickets, and bonuses.
How does it work?
Play any of our poker games and as you pay rake/fees, you’ll progress towards a new level and better rewards.
The system is quarterly and will be reset on the first day of each new quarter.
Rewards are either paid in cash or bonus points. Bonus points is our shop currency with which you can buy tickets and bonuses (100 points=€1).

When reaching level 6 or 7 in the current quarter, you will carry over the 14%/18% to the following quarter; you will get 14%/18% from the first day, despite starting back at level 1.
The constant rakeback in bonus points is sometimes referred to as the “bonus points multiplier”.
Country exclusions
For regulatory reasons, we can not offer our loyalty program in all countries. See below the ones that are currently excluded or with a special setup.
Terms & conditions
- This promotion begins on 01/04/23 and is indefinitely ongoing. Players are automatically opted in, unless playing from an excluded country.
- Players from Denmark have a different loyalty system due to restrictions of local gaming legislation. Please see country specific client for details.
- Players from Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands are excluded from earning monetary rewards in the Unibet Poker Loyalty System due to restrictions of local gaming legislation. Please see country specific client for details.
- Bonus Points are lost if a player doesn’t login to the Poker client for over 90 days.
- XP are reset at the start of each quarter
- An “active day” for achievements streak means 50 hands played in a calendar day (any format, any game, any stake)
- Where a SnG, Tournament or Cashgame does not have a fee, or rake, then no loyalty points can be earned from that play
- Tournament tickets are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Playthrough bonuses are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated. If a player has more than one playthrough bonus unlocked then subsequent bonuses will queue until the current bonus is cleared.
- Tickets and buyins attained via Unibet Poker Loyalty are valid for the duration of the ticket as stated on the digital ticket in the client.
- If you reach Level 6 or higher by the end of the quarter your points multiplier (the constant rakeback paid in bonus points) will be carried over into the following quarter.
- Players who reach Level 7-9 are eligible only for 18% rakeback in bonus points. These accounts will be manually assessed by the poker team, at the end of each quarter. Any further rewards above 18% rakeback are discretionary and not guaranteed.
- Cash reward payments will be made in Euros and then converted to the customer’s account currency at the exchange rate that day
- Tickets rewarded through the loyalty system are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- Unibet reserves the right to deduct any Unibet Poker XP or Bonus Points earned from an account that is suspected to be involved in the abuse of this promotion.
- Unibet reserves the right to close or remove any account that is suspected to be involved in the abuse of this promotion and confiscate paid prizes on such accounts.
- Unibet reserves the right to end or change the rules and conditions for this promotion at any time with or without notice.

The “constant bonus points rakeback” does exactly what the name implies: whenever you pay rake, you get a percentage paid back as bonus points, which can be used in the shop.
The bonus points are automatically added to your account, for roughly every €1 you rake – it depends on your level, with lower levels paying more frequently than the higher.
This rakeback is sometimes referred to as “bonus points multiplier”, with a 4x multiplier simply meaning 4% rakeback.
As a new player, you’ll normally have an extra 20% rakeback from the welcome bonus!
We don’t offer personal deals, but if you can prove that you’ve recently raked +€5,000 over a 3-month period, we can manually move you to the 14% bonus points rakeback tied to level 6.

It’s really quite simple. If you’ve reached level 6, you’ll automatically get 14% in bonus points rakeback, for the full following quarter, from the first day.
If you’ve reached level 7, the bonus points rakeback will increase to 18%.
Outside of reaching level 6/7, you won’t have to do anything. It all happens automatically.

XP is simply the points used to visualize your loyalty progression. 1 xp is equal to 1 cent paid in rake.
As an example, it requires 2000xp/€20 in rake to reach level 2.
XP can not be exchanged and does not hold any value on its own.
Most locally regulated markets have got limitations and rules on bonuses and loyalty programs. Unfortunately, we can not currently offer a poker loyalty program in Sweden, Belgium or The Netherlands.
When a new quarter begins, any progress towards the next level prize is lost.
At midnight on the 1st of January/April/July/October, everyone starts back at level 1.
The only carry-over happening between quarters is the bonus points rakeback percentage, when reaching level 6 or 7. Simply put, when you reach level 6 or 7, you will be getting 14%/18% in bonus points rakeback, from the very first day of next quarter – if you fail to reach level 6, the percentage will be 0, just like if you were a new customer.
