Firstly; big congratulations and well done!
If you haven’t already, we advise to read the tournament description in the client (below the key tournament data). The description will generally answer most frequently asked questions.
If your question isn’t answered, you won’t have to wait long for clarity. After you win the package, this is generally what happens:
- We share your email with the event organizer. This happens right after the tournament is over.
- The event organizer will email you within 5 working days with more information.
- You can now reply to the event organizer, to confirm which event you’d like to attend. You can obviously also reply with any questions you may have!
- You go to the event. You have an amazing time. You win – with a bit of fortune from the poker gods – the entire thing 🙂
Please note that customer support generally can’t answer live event questions. You will need to send these directly to the event organizer, after qualification. If you have questions ahead of qualifying, we recommend to post them on our community.
